QSDC Dental team

Royce Jones

I have been practicing in Levin since I graduated from Otago in 1981. I enjoy performing all forms of general dentistry and I have a particular interest in oral surgery, crown and bridge and implants. I also have an interest in forensic dentistry and am a member of the New Zealand Society of Forensic Dentistry.

At Queen Street Dental Centre we are actively involved in continuing professional development and peer support ensuring we provide the most up to date dental treatments available.
I have four great children.

My leisure activities include scuba diving, underwater hockey, fishing, flying, skiing, trail riding and road bikes.

Callum Dunsmore

I graduated from Otago University in 2003 and since then have been practicing here in Levin. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry from advanced cosmetic treatment to the basics like showing people how to care for their teeth. Our practice has a Cerec CAD/CAM system and I have become very interested in this technology and the convenience and durability it can offer the patient.

Having grown up in Levin I really appreciate the region and the lifestyle it has to offer. We truely are spoilt having so many outdoor activities so close at hand, from beaches to rivers, and of course our beautiful backdrop that is the Tararua range.

My wife Faenza is also a dentist here at QSDC and we have three boys James (10) and William (8) Archie (5) and a little girl Isla (2).

Outside of work I enjoy time with my family, a round of golf, hunting, motorbike riding and playing the piano.

Connor Neynens

I moved up from Dunedin at the end of 2017 where I graduated with my Bachelor of Dentistry with Distinction. I grew up in Wakefield, a small village south of Nelson and have also lived in the UK for a year after high school.

My interests include sports such as cricket, cycling and golf. I am hoping to get involved in these locally and you may find me out on the cricket field or looking for my ball in the rough at Levin Golf Club.

Dentistry enables me to connect with people and I enjoy the variety of treatments we have available here at Queen Street Dental Centre. My dental interests include providing relief of pain and restoring smiles that have been lost while setting people up for a life of good oral health. I also enjoy the challenge of managing anxious patients who have had negative experiences in the past. It is very satisfying when seeing my patients leave feeling positive after their appointments.

Faenza Dunsmore

I graduated from Otago in 2003. The summer of 2003-2004 was a busy time for me with a graduation, a big shift from Christchurch to Levin, a new job here at QSDC and marriage to Callum Dunsmore!
Callum and I have three little boys, James, William and Archie, consequently I am now working part-time.

I love being a mum but also thoroughly enjoy my work as a dentist. It is a pleasure to catch up with my long time patients and meet new faces too. I particularly enjoy the restorative aspects of dentistry and providing care for anxious patients and children.

I am still a Mainland girl at heart but have come to love the Horowhenua for all it has to offer from beaches, rivers and parks to shops and cafés.

Kieran Fitzgerald

I graduated from the university of Otago in 2017 and made the move back to my hometown of Christchurch where I worked as a dental house surgeon for one year. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I knew it was time for a change and I was lucky enough to be welcomed into the Queen street dental family.

When it comes to my spare time my interests include sports such as rugby league, cricket, golf and fishing (thankfully there seems to be a lot more fish in the sea here than in Christchurch). While unfortunately there is no rugby league team to join at this stage, I’m excited about getting involved in some local cricket.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry but particularly emergency care, oral surgery and restorative dentistry. I love getting to meet people from all different walks of life and finding solutions to both their long term and acute problems. Its always really rewarding being able to return both function and smiles to those who may have thought it wasn’t achievable with their current oral health.

I look forward to meeting you all.

Lilian Pang

I graduated with my Bachelor of Dentistry from Otago in 2011, and have worked in Wellington and Palmerston North before settling in Levin. I thoroughly enjoy the group practice atmosphere at Queen Street Dental as we are a friendly and welcoming bunch who provide the highest care to our patients.

I am passionate about providing quality care with attention to detail, and a gentle and comfortable experience for my patients as I understand it can be difficult coming to the dentist. I value the importance of preventative dentistry and will work together with patients to maintain a healthy dental lifestyle so they can keep smiling for longer.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and provide general restorative, prosthetic, crown/bridge and cosmetic dental procedures, in addition to urgent relief of pain and repair of broken teeth. My hope is to provide patients with the confidence to eat, talk and smile again, no matter how long it has been since their last visit.

Outside of dentistry, I am a photographer and film maker, as well as an avid hiker. I love to adventure and explore, be that in the mountains or under the sea, and look forward to the years ahead in the Horowhenua.

Jeanette Lee

I graduated with my Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and worked in Whanganui prior to moving to Levin.

I believe that the role of a dentist is to serve the community through quality work and effective communication. I will strive to create a supportive, trustworthy, and enjoyable experience for you.

My interests include crochet, dogs, pottery, and swimming.

Erin Campbell-Day

I recently joined the crew at QSDC in February 2010. I graduated from Otago University in 2006 and was honoured to be awarded with merit and Clinical Excellence in Dental Hygiene.
I have loved dentistry from the moment I entered the industry as a dental assistant over 14 years ago.

Encouragement from my peers resulted in me pursuing my training as a Dental Hygienist.

I am very interested in inequalities in the NZ population in relation to dental care and would love to see better access to dental care in NZ.
I currently live in Te Horo with my 3 wonderful children and my husband Jason who is a fireman based in Palmerston North. I love gardening, cooking and entertaining with my family
and friends and of course quality time with my kids.

I absolutely love working at QSDC with the wonderful team and look forward to meeting you at your next check-up and clean.

Brydie Munn

I graduated from Otago University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Oral Health. I worked in Palmerston North for a year before changing to the friendly team at Queen Street. Here I enjoy being able to use both of my scopes of practice, which are dental hygiene and dental therapy. This new degree combines the skills of a hygienist and therapist.

A dental therapist provides free basic dental care for under 18 year olds. I enjoy being able to help people care for their teeth through communication and education.
I’m a Manawatu girl who grew up in Feilding on a small farm outside of Halcombe. Outside of work I enjoy playing netball and tramps.
I look forward to meeting you.
